In this day and age, getting real-time data and metrics to understand a company’s evolution is a valuable resource. An interactive dashboard that compiles all the big data not only gives us productivity information, but it is possible to make some short-term predictions. And the information can come from many places, we cross-reference and interpret the data and then make sure it is clear and visual.

Scal is an insurance broker with more than 25 years of experience. One of its sales channels is by phone, i.e. it has salespeople selling insurance according to customers’ needs.

To understand the day-to-day profitability of the company, Business Config was asked to create a dashboard that would show daily metrics. To do this, we developed a dashboard with the information they get through the phone communication coming from the PBX and the insurance data coming from GISWeb.

The frontend is based on Laravel and React, and we developed a dashboard with a simple and clear design, cross-referencing information from each product and commercial.

It is possible to analyze the number of minutes and calls made, what kind of products were sold, and how many insurance policies were contracted or cancelled. This way, we can clearly see data that was impossible to understand in Sheets or Excel tables.

Digital transformation is about all kinds of solutions, you don’t need to reinvent the wheel when you only need to refine what already exists. What we did was to show the data that the client already has access to in a clearer way, and thus have a greater perception of what is going on in their business, and so intervene in what is needed to improve their numbers.

If you have big data that you think is important for your business, if you need to transform your spreadsheet information into visual and easy-to-interpret metrics, talk to us! We are ready for every challenge!
